The small kitchen area with stove so we can prepared meals for our small kids.
No seating area for family to enjoy together.

The staff was flexible, and I was allowed to use the room before check-in, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and overall the stay was acceptable
The Wi-Fi is clearly not suitable for anyone who needs to work. While it worked fine on my phone (only at the lobby), it was almost unusable on my laptop, both in the room (4th floor) and in the lobby. This caused significant stress as I was unable to reliably join work meetings. In 2025, a stable internet connection for laptops should be a basic service, not an extra. This is a serious area the hotel needs to improve
