Newly Renovated Modern 2BR Apartment near Fabrika

Spacious apartment with a nice design. Nice coffee shop across the road.

The apartment is on the 1st floor - be prepared for the fact that everything happening inside is visible from the street, and accordingly, you will have to keep the curtains closed constantly (in the large room, even this doesn't help much, as the curtains are somewhat translucent). Furthermore, the apartment is very noisy. On one side, there is a fairly busy road outside the windows where many people walk at night, and you will hear all their conversations. On the other side, there is a church whose bell ringing will wake you up. You will also hear the floor creaking whenever someone walks on the floor above, and the walls in the small bedroom shake. You will also hear the entrance door to the building opening and closing. In the small bedroom, it's impossible to open the shutters because there are no sheer curtains on the windows – the shutters are jammed, and it's not possible to open the window in that room. Furthermore, light from a streetlamp penetrates through the shutters and shines directly into your eyes when you are lying in bed. The sofa in the living room is slightly broken and sags in the middle. The living room itself smells faintly of smoke, and there is a smell of dampness and mold in the hallway/entryway. Generally, the renovation is no longer fresh, and the cleaning is clearly only superficial, as there was dust behind the bed and the sink wasn't exactly sparkling white. There is no kitchen towel in the kitchen, nor any welcome tea/coffee - nothing. If you plan on cooking, you will have to buy everything - salt, sugar, oil, etc. Cleaning costs extra (and it's not cheap) - during our stay of almost 10 days, no one cleaned the apartment. We also didn't have enough toilet paper. The towels smell strongly of bleach. In the rooms, there is no surface space to lay out your belongings - only a wardrobe (the bedside tables in the small bedroom are quite inconveniently placed, you can't really put much on them).

It was good, beds are comfortable,tv and wifi was working. House and water was hot. Wardrobes are big enough. The host's communication was informative and pleasant.

Lack of towels. We need more towel for 4people but not that big problem. The apartment could have been a little cleaner. And the shower was leaking water a bit.
