。交通位置方便，近市區，也近花火節場地 。老闆超熱心，景點和吃的東西都會詳細說明，也會隨時更新景點資訊給你（但不會吵你，很自主的空間） 。免費機場接送 。房間乾淨、裝潢簡約新式 。有陽台，廁所也有對外窗 。水壓很強，洗澡水溫度穩定 。床與枕頭很好睡，還有淡淡香味 。衣架給得很多，適合曬衣服（樓上還有共用洗衣機） 。一樓共用空間很舒適，退房仍可待在那邊休息 。房間插座算多
。沒有電梯，住高樓層比較不方便，而且樓梯台階高度有些微高 。房間沒有冰箱，但一樓有共用冰箱 。淋浴間有點小（但有乾濕分離） 。電視頻道很少 。因為環保沒有準備洗簌用品（但能理解） 。進門後要換共用拖鞋，會擔心衛生疑慮
