一樓大廳走進去有股異味，時間久了，老闆應該是習慣，所以對異味沒有感覺。

老闆人很nice，也不會有什麼壓力。位置離市區騎車約10分鐘，很安靜。
浴室的排水堵住了，變成沒辦法洗澡，要到隔壁才可以洗。但老闆是說退房會處理，可能後面的人就不會有問題了。
