it was definitely not worth the money I spent on this stay

location, building, check in/out instructions and flow, feeling of safety, TV with polsat box

burnt pans and pots, damaged shower faucet, low quality mattress and squeaky bed, biased neighbors, ongoing construction outside the window and periodical noise from neighbors' renovations, a very dusty sofa

A week in Place Unii apartment

Great location close to bus services and local shops. The inner courtyard apartment was quiet which we really enjoyed. Clean and tidy, light apartment with modern appliances in the kitchen. The heating was very effective during the stay. Good shower and washing machine. Easy instructions for entry and key location. Questions about the apartment were answered quickly by the agent. A very comfortable apartment overall.

The curtains did not keep the light out in the bedroom. The courtyard was lit all night and in the summer the sunrise would be much earlier. No mirror or vanity table in the bedroom. The curtains in the lounge did not fit the width of the window and should also be improved. Only one hand towel and two toilet rolls were provided. The vanity light in the bathroom was not working / connected. The under cupboard lighting in the kitchen was not working / connected. A coffee machine had been provided but no coffee pods. Only two dishwasher tablets provided for a week stay. No salt and pepper provided. No tea towel for washing up provided.

Apartament bardzo czysty, świetnie wyposażony, wszystkie urządzenia działają bez zarzutu. Doskonała lokalizacja, blisko do ważnych i ciekawych miejsc w Gdyni, oraz plaży miejskiej. Dodatkowym plusem jest świetna komunikacja autobusowa i kolejowa. My dzięki temu zwiedziliśmy w kilka dni całe Trójmiasto i dodatkowo Hel. Dużym plusem jest zapewnione miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym parkingu. W podziemiach dziedzińca znajduje się również sklep Adli dobrze zaopatrzony.

Na początku trochę się pogubiliśmy z zameldowaniem i parkowaniem, ale uważam na przyszłość, że trzeba czytać dokładniej instrukcję.

Mieszkanie zadbane, czyste.

Brak kontaktu z Wynajmującym, brak reakcji na wiadomości, po dwukrotnej próbie kontaktu telefonicznego okazało się, że firma nie jest w stanie pomóc w załatwieniu sprawy. Dla jednej z osób nie dostarczono pościeli i ręcznika.

Pobyt bardzo mi się podobał, apartament bardzo wygodny, polecam i chętnie jeszcze skorzystam.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do plaży i do komunikacji. Apartament bardzo wygodny.

Uważam, że przy rezerwacji na 4 doby przydałoby się zaopatrzyć apartament w większą liczbę ręczników papierowych, albo w ściereczki kuchenne do wytarcia np. wody z blatu po umyciu szklanki.
