About this house rental
Florida fun home with large pool, screened in outdoor cooking area and loungers. Huge game room with projector and tons of games to play for all ages including Xbox, Retro Super Nintendo, Pacman, RockBand, Skeeball and basketball. Lots of common space to relax in the ac or out outside. All bedrooms have a tropical design, driftwood dinning table for 10 and a mini wet bar area inside. 5 miles to Clearwater Beach and easy access to all main areas of Clearwater.

A really nice property in a great location. The pool and game room provided loads of entertainment and fun, all 7 of us spent hours in both. A bonus was being able to walk to the beautiful Crest Lake Park, highly recommended. Publix is less than 15 minutes away. Dana was very responsive when we had a question. All in all, a great experience and we'd go back in a minute!

This is a great house for families. The pool was a hit with the grandkids and everyone enjoyed the game room. Highly recommend the property

I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently Dana responded to any of our questions or small issues with the house! The air conditioning was acting up and she had someone out there first thing in the morning to fix it, and she drove herself to the house to look at the dishwasher that ended up being perfectly fine, we just didn’t know how to operate! Completely appreciate this as we have stayed in vrbo’s before that the owner said they would send someone and never did and we never got the issue resolved, so actually fixing things while we were there was greatly appreciated!
The home was clean and location was good. It’s out of the hustle and bustle areas of Clearwater but close enough we could be at the water in less than a 10 min drive. Our family loves the privacy of our own pool to hang out and relax when not at the ocean, so this pool was perfect. Big enough for all of us to enjoy!

The out side round bed like chair was dirty,the hot tub was not hot and the pillowto rest your head on was filfy ,the air conditioner kept going out the house was 80 degrees all but one day and we were there for four days. Very hard to sleep. DANA NEEDS TO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT THROUGHLY. The capasitor went out and was fixed . Then it took all day and night to cool down.then the next day it was hot again. We had to clean the stove top it was dirty.i think the cleaning crew needs to be watched a little better .
