This is a five story townhome with over 2200sqft, located in the amazing town of Clearwater Beach, Florida. We can comfortably sleep eleven. We are two blocks away from the world renowned Clearwater Beach and short walking distance from the famous Pier 60, and plenty of shops, gourmet restaurants and bars for your enjoyment. Each floor has windows providing spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway and our personal favorite the Gulf of America; and from the roof top both the sunrise and sunset views are absolutely breathtaking. Newly renovated August 2019 with your comfort in mind for the perfect beach vacation.

We have new furniture on every floor along with new flooring, fresh paint, bedding, towels, beach toys, and all appliances. TV's in the living room as well as every bedroom. This home features its own private elevator that will take you to all five floors, from the ground level all the way to the rooftop! No need to carry your belongings up the stairs!

Level one is a deep 1 car garage. Parking on the street is metered but we offer use of the garage as well as a drive way parking spot. Enjoy the beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to carry all the items with you to the beach.

On the second level you will find a spacious kitchen stocked with all the cookware and utensils you could need, along with dishes and outdoor dining set for twelve. The kitchen is completely open to the living room that features a brand new leather couch and matching chair. A great place to relax and watch a movie, and visit with your friends and family. Enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room balcony. This floor has a powder room for your convenience. The dining room table will seat six.

On the third level you will find a large bedroom featuring an adjustable king size sleep number bed, a walk in closet, 46" smart TV, and a balcony. From there you can enter the full Jack n Jill bathroom with a bathtub/shower. There is a separate vanity room attached to a family bedroom complete with a queen and a twin-over-full bunk bed, also a 46" smart tv and spacious armoire for your belongings. This level also provides a laundry room with full size front load laundry machines.

The fourth level is the master suite. This floor provides even more privacy, as there are glass doors at the landing. It features a king sized pillow top bed, the walk-in closet is located right outside of the master bedroom. Additionally there is a smaller room with a twin bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath (great for kids). The master bathroom has a walk in standing shower, and a standalone oversized tub. The vanity is a dual sink with granite countertops.

The fifth level is the rooftop terrace. There is an eight person hot tub where you can enjoy the sunset or the sunrise, and amazing views of both the gulf and the causeway. The seating area is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktail, and everything in between! Whether it's a quiet get-away, or a larger group, there's plenty of space for everyone! The propane grill and dining set make for a great alternative to eating out. You will love to sit back and enjoy the beautiful Clearwater sunset or sunrise on our rooftop!

There is a wonderful playground right across the street for the little ones and one block down is the fabulous Clearwater City Pool! It's a huge community pool with water slide, tennis, basketball courts and playground are all only a 3 minute walk away! The biggest & best pool on the beach is literally right next door.
