About this house rental
This is a five story townhome with over 2200sqft, located in the amazing town of Clearwater Beach, Florida. We can comfortably sleep eleven. We are two blocks away from the world renowned Clearwater Beach and short walking distance from the famous Pier 60, and plenty of shops, gourmet restaurants and bars for your enjoyment. Each floor has windows providing spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway and our personal favorite the Gulf of America; and from the roof top both the sunrise and sunset views are absolutely breathtaking. Newly renovated August 2019 with your comfort in mind for the perfect beach vacation.
We have new furniture on every floor along with new flooring, fresh paint, bedding, towels, beach toys, and all appliances. TV's in the living room as well as every bedroom. This home features its own private elevator that will take you to all five floors, from the ground level all the way to the rooftop! No need to carry your belongings up the stairs!
Level one is a deep 1 car garage. Parking on the street is metered but we offer use of the garage as well as a drive way parking spot. Enjoy the beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to carry all the items with you to the beach.
On the second level you will find a spacious kitchen stocked with all the cookware and utensils you could need, along with dishes and outdoor dining set for twelve. The kitchen is completely open to the living room that features a brand new leather couch and matching chair. A great place to relax and watch a movie, and visit with your friends and family. Enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room balcony. This floor has a powder room for your convenience. The dining room table will seat six.
On the third level you will find a large bedroom featuring an adjustable king size sleep number bed, a walk in closet, 46" smart TV, and a balcony. From there you can enter the full Jack n Jill bathroom with a bathtub/shower. There is a separate vanity room attached to a family bedroom complete with a queen and a twin-over-full bunk bed, also a 46" smart tv and spacious armoire for your belongings. This level also provides a laundry room with full size front load laundry machines.
The fourth level is the master suite. This floor provides even more privacy, as there are glass doors at the landing. It features a king sized pillow top bed, the walk-in closet is located right outside of the master bedroom. Additionally there is a smaller room with a twin bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath (great for kids). The master bathroom has a walk in standing shower, and a standalone oversized tub. The vanity is a dual sink with granite countertops.
The fifth level is the rooftop terrace. There is an eight person hot tub where you can enjoy the sunset or the sunrise, and amazing views of both the gulf and the causeway. The seating area is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktail, and everything in between! Whether it's a quiet get-away, or a larger group, there's plenty of space for everyone! The propane grill and dining set make for a great alternative to eating out. You will love to sit back and enjoy the beautiful Clearwater sunset or sunrise on our rooftop!
All rooms are equipped with premium cable and Wi-Fi.
There is a wonderful playground right across the street for the little ones and one block down is the fabulous Clearwater City Pool! It's a huge community pool with water slide, tennis, basketball courts and playground are all only a 3 minute walk away! The biggest & best pool on the beach is literally right next door.

Hot tub was great, very windy and hard to keep that level looking nice. The carpet was often wind blown. Carpets did not seem vacuumed and the vent covers were moldy. It seemed like ac needed a good cleaning as it was musty sometimes or maybe needs new filters, although it was cool enough so it worked well enough. The location couldn’t be beat. Loved the neighborhood, pickleball courts and short walk to beach, shops, bars and restaurants. If I had a question, I got a quick response from host.

Clean stay, great location. Walking distance to beach and lots of restaurants. Wagons were useful. Well stocked supplies like garbage bags. Nice views from up top. Plenty of pillows, kitchen utensils etc…Clear instructions. had some issues with 3rd floor shower draining, and hot tub is not level so leads to leaking water and lower water level on one side. Overall smaller things, did not hear back from host on these items.Not expected of host however would purchase own multi ply toilet paper, and bring beach chairs if you have them. Also note park across street with pickleball courts and another nearby with tennis courts. Bring some paddles if you want to play.

The location of this property is just perfect; a very clean and safe area. We could walk everywhere including one block to the beach, a convenience store, 2 beach restaurants, and a cute bar. The “downtown” shops, bars and restaurants are only a few blocks away. There are also brand new pickle ball courts right across the street. The home itself is clean and comfortable. It fit our 2 families, group of 10 easily. The beds were comfortable and everyone had privacy. The rooftop hot tub and outdoor living space was so cool. We could watch the sunrise and sunset. The elevator ran smoothly and was definitely utilized as the property has 5 floors. We really appreciated how well stocked the home was from kitchen utensils, linens, paper products and 2 beach wagons and toys. Mary was super responsive on any questions or suggestions we were seeking. We had an outstanding vacation!

We had another great family vacation at this Clearwater Beach condo. It is close the beach, restaurants, shops and playgrounds. We can't wait to go back next year!
