This updated house has all new furniture and a beautiful pool and spillover spa surrounded by a tropical landscape. Everything from luxurious bath towels and linens to a Weber grill. Large smart TVs throughout, including a large second living room with sliding doors out to the pool deck. It's within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach pier and other popular restaurants in the area.
This home is directly across the street from Cocoa Beach. The garage is stocked with everything you need for a day in the sun. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach wagon, cooler, and even beach games. Or try surfing in one of the best places to surf in the country with our surf boards. You can walk to Cocoa Beach pier to enjoy the sunset or even see a rocket launch. The house is equipped with a pack-n-play and an umbrella stroller for the little guests. Come and enjoy our Florida paradise!
The swimming pool does have a heater. Enjoy comfortable swimming temperatures year-round.

Totally loved this place. Clean, bright and in a perfect location. The pool area here is amazing, definitely a private oasis. The beach is also a stones throw away. 10/10

This is an outstanding property close to the beach with amazing hosts. My family had a relaxing time visiting the beach, being in the pool, and just relaxing. Thank you for making our stay amazing!

Loved our stay at this beautiful Cocoa Beach home. The home offered everything my family of 7 could possibly need. It was clean, comfortable and super cute. The backyard pool area is truly a private retreat and added so much to our stay. We utilized the multitude of beach toys at the beach that is literally just a block away. We also were able to watch a rocket launch from the beach while we were there. Such a great place and we’d happily stay again.
