We picked this property specifically for the separate suite that was advertised at the time of our booking. When we arrived, we were told that that room was not available. I was very disappointed but the property manager was very accommodating and quick with communication to make it right. The house was clean mostly except for a stray bag of snacks found behind the sofa bed. Some minor repairs need to be done, but everything that we could need was there. I loved that it was pet friendly and all family members had their own spaces. The one bedroom was a little weird because there was no door but my sister in law was very happy to have her own bathroom. Overall, a great experience. The pool was fantastic.

We loved the pool. Communicating with the host went really well. We had a couple issues and they responded promptly. Unfortunately, the property had issues with cleanliness. The grounds had garbage and junk lying around. It listed 2 grills and they had not been cleaned in a while. The property listing I booked changed within the past year which resulted in us losing an entire room. We were not notified and found out when it was too late to find another place. The closeness to Cocoa Beach was wonderful!

The property was very nice overall. A little miscommunication but nothing major. Looked as pictured. Could've been a bit cleaner but that's more from travelers cleaning their dishes than the property owners. Biggest thing was the yellow and teal living area. I am assuming the filter needed changed in the AC unit. It had a fish smell that never really went away. The rest if the living areas weren't near as noticeable. We LOVED the outdoor space. We could even see both SpaceX launches from there. Overall we were satisfied.
