About this house rental
A vacation oasis! A short walk to the beach with heated pool & spa. This beautiful, inviting home is centrally located & ready for you to enjoy. "Casablanca Beachside" is a 3 bed/2 bath home. Includes a beautiful kitchen with oversized island, heated pool with hot tub, outdoor kitchen, bikes, pool towels & plenty of beach gear. A short walk, bike ride or drive to the beach. Located just minutes from Cocoa Beach, Ron Jon surf shop, Cocoa Beach Pier, Port Canaveral & local restaurants. We are also less than 30 minutes away from the Kennedy Space Center, USSSA Space Coast Complex and the Brevard Zoo. If you are up for a day at the theme parks we are about 1 hour away from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure & all the great attractions in the Orlando area.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as stated. The house is very nicely equipped. The pool is clean and well maintained. The house rules and check out requirements are common sense and easy to fulfill. The beach, Publix, dining are all in close proximity. Overall a great place to stay. The host was very good to communicate with.

This is a really lovely property; modern, classy, comfy, clean and v convenient. Lots of thoughtful touches in terms of decor and provisions such as bicycles, beach chairs etc. There's one pic shown with this listing that depicts the house/pool as being alongside a canal; it's not, and that was no bother to us whatsoever, but just mentioning it so it can be removed. Overall: a wonderful stay, thank you.

We had an amazing stay. The owners were very helpful always answered our calls. The house is beautiful! They have everything you need and it’s close to all the fun things in Cocoa Beach!

We stayed for 8 days with our 3 kiddos and it was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed, pool was great and they have all that is needed for the perfect beach experience.
