It’s a great property in a fairly quiet location with lots of facilities available to use.
It was clean upon arrival and the host was extremely helpful for the duration of my stay.
It’s not really a dislike, however it doesn’t mention in the description that you will be staying in a flat with two other tenants. However it is still a private room with a shared bathroom which is as described.

It's cheap comparing to other places in Montpellier. The room was clean.
It's a house and you share a room with other people. They were not very noisy but if you are looking for privacy, it's not your place.

The host was very kind. The option of private parking and the room was tidy and clean. I could bring my dog, and it was fine for a "night stop".
The apartment was very dirty. The terrace dirty. The kitchen dirty. I wouldn't recommend this place for girls and if you want to stay more than 1 night.
I recommend the landlord to have better hygiene in the house.
