Clean and good location , also has a secure parking and with an EV charger for those who have an EV vehicule

I stayed there 5 nights , they made my stay wonderful , breakfast also good and staff always smiling with warm welcome especially i mentioned Yousuf nice guy he always asked do you need something is everything okay , ask me if you need anything
As well as Emma probably i don't remember her name correctly
When I was visiting Djerba island i forgot my passport in the hotel then I called hotel, within minutes she cleared it when I visit next time Tunisia for sure I'm gonna choose the same hotel Thanxx

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. It provides zero hospitality. The staff were terrible and house keeping were nowhere to be found during my stay. Many basic things were missing from the rooms. When you complain to the reception about it, they'll apologize and promise you to fix things then ignore you.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you're planning to stay with your family.
