Close to the airport, walkable distance. Bus stop in front. Close to the beach in Mon Repos park. There is a nice supermarket downstairs with fresh vegetables and farm eggs. The apartment has everything you need, AC and washing machine. The owners are pleasant and responsive. We had an issue with wasps on the balcony and they solved it quickly.
The drain in the bathroom is clogged, so water was overflowing when using the washing machine.

Apartment is clean and comfortable. Great neighborhood! There are butcher and market in the building. Apartment is very close to the beach. Owner called few times to ask if we need anything, they gave us double towels. Very nice place to stay with family or in couple.
