The bed and couch were comfortable. Kitchen was also good. It was hot inside, so we liked the fans that were also there. The shower was very good too.

The tap on the sink in the bathroom was awful. With small stream all the water split over the sink. You had to use strong stream to get the water inside sink. You can hear when somebody from other apartment flushed the toilet or showered. The TV had broken cable at the connector. With little bending it was ok.

The room was well organised and very clean. The bed was made ready for me and there were two sets of clean towels provided. Kitchen was easy to use, very clean and well equipped. The WiFi instructions were clear and worked .

the access to this room is not at the address given. I arrived alone after dark. After finding the address and front door shown in the photo I was sent, the letter box and keybox did not match what was shown in the video. The code did not work on the door padlock. I messaged the KEYHOST and was told to follow the video. A man next door directed me to walk round the block to the next street to find another door at the back of the building.. After 30 minutes of trying and messaging, I was sent a second video with an apology because they sent the wrong video. This worked ok and I got inside ok and all was well. As a 77 year old female, even though used to travelling solo, I was not happy to be given the wrong instructions and thinking I had to find another hotel within walking distance. I stayed for 10 days. After a week in summer with no aircon a change of sheets and towels after a week would have been better
