The RUBIK apartments are located in the Alcalá Norte area, close to the intersection of Alcalá Street and Arturo Soria Street, a neighbourhood in Madrid originally known as Pueblo Nuevo, which has gradually adapted to the times with new housing developments for younger people seeking areas well-connected to the city centre and their workplaces. Alcalá Street, just a few metres from the apartment, is not only the longest avenue in Madrid but is also full of life and features local shops and stores of very popular brands.



The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of important television production studios, large administrative centres and important companies, in addition to being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Centre. Due to its good connection, one can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reaching Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic locations in Madrid in just minutes and in a direct line. All of this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy one's stay in the city at a good price for short stays and for months.



The Apartment:

The stay in this apartment will be ideal, because the accommodation is of great quality and has been equipped and decorated with great taste and affection.

Located on the 4th floor of this building with a lift, a 37 square metre apartment with capacity for 3 people distributed in a bedroom, living room, a study and a complete bathroom with a shower. An apartment made with great affection by and for people looking for a welcoming place.



The magnificent living room has a dining area and a relaxation area with a comfortable single sofa bed and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and other accounts. The living room is very bright thanks to its wide wall-to-wall window. The modern kitchen is integrated into the living room and is fully equipped with everything necessary.



From the living room, the corridor leads into the interior, connecting the rest of the house. The room is very elegant and well-utilised in terms of space, with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a very quiet study with a large desk and a cupboard. The bedroom windows face the inner courtyard and are oriented to the south, and for this reason, the bedroom is very peaceful and has plenty of natural light.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise at the latest 5 days in advance.



To be taken into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
