Beautiful Seaview 2 Bedroom Apartment

Liked the kitchen and living area with huge TV. Big room upstairs nice size. Small room ok. Toilet and shower room ok. Check in was great, friendly staff also gave us extra time parking time arrived around 11:35 gave us permit to display in car starting from 1pm until next day did cost £15. One pint of milk and four bottles of water in fridge was very thoughtful. M&S biscuits and sweets in a jar on the kitchen was lovely surprise. Plenty of tea and coffee Satchets available all kitchen items where useful. No traffic noise at night quite area to sleep with windows open not far to the Pair, town and beach.

Only one small window opened in big room so had to keep door opened so air from smaller room, which had a bigger window could flow to the other room. Stand fans for both rooms is now essential during heat spells. No bedside Cabinet in small room, flat spare sheets would have been useful two for each room. Only one bath towel each a face towel would have been useful. Toilet holder was lose. a The balcony with a chair or two would of been nice.

Stylishly decorated, a stones throw from the beach, 5 min walk to the Brighton pier, 10 mins to the lanes, a cute cafe on the corner and a budgens convenience shop too. The beds were comfy. Suzie was so lovely too and welcomed us warmly.

Price for one night was more than we wanted but honestly it was a great stay either way.

Suzie was very helpful and patient with me , lovely apartment, great location , not even a min walk to the sea front , very modern and clean , would highly recommend and defiantly be staying here again next time I’m in Brighton , thank you Suzie if I could I would give you more then 5 stars

It was comfortable, heating was good and kitchen was well equipped (though no tea towels).

There was no obvious intercom/buzzer (at least none that we could see). The entrance and hallway weren’t very welcoming. Some of the furnishings were not great.
