    I love the Japanese interior design in Aku hotel, that’s the main reason I booked it. Bed was comfortable with TWG tea selection and nespresso coffee. Room is rather small which is normal for HK standard. But overall, we had a nice stay.

    We loved everything about the hotel, especially its warm service, its minimalist but tasteful interior. It was a great way to celebrate my spouse’s birthday (we got a nice room upgrade in addition to a birthday treat on the day itself)! We will be back again for sure.

    I got upgraded to a Tatami room and it was so nice!!!! It's a corner unit so the floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around one side of the room. Facilities are great too. I would love to stay here again the next time I'm in HK!!!!

    Too small, i booked city view but it's just the old buidlings around. The breakfast is not good, very few opts. Staff is not very helpful, keep calling whole morning to have some water but none picked up. The lights in the room is hard to turn on, even staff struggling. 4/10
