About this house rental
My home is in a quiet Art Deco part of Deal and on the doorstep of some of Deals ‘secret gems’ and lesser known areas of interest such as Hamilton Rd Cemetery (contains some of Deals oldest trees!) and St Leonards Church, built around 1180 (containing the oldest Saxon grave in Kent and rare stained glass windows).
The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, a front room (2 seat reclining sofa and 2 armchairs), dining table and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath/shower, a small toilet and a garden with BBQ and an outdoor fireplace. I brought my children up in the house and it is full of fun memories, laughter and music! Deal is very special place for me, full of kind people, live music, arts and nature (all the more beautiful when the sun shines!). There is easy access to a park, leisure centre, train station, local hospital (with a minor injuries unit) supermarket and takeaways! Have a lovely stay!

Really well equipped property in a quiet cul-de-sac, only 10 minutes or so to walk into Deal or onto the sea front. Co-op, pizza place and Chinese just a couple of minutes away. Easy to park outside. An excellent, comfortable place to stay. Internet signal was good and two of us were able to work from home without any issues - there's two desks in the house. Couldn't fault anything and the host was really easy to communicate with, simple check-in via key box.
