The room was clean and neat. Room service gave exceptional service. They upgraded my room at no extra cost and made sure whatever I asked them they delivered it. In the end they arranged my cab at 2am when requested and also couriered my stuff which I forgot at room. Very rare to find such service at such affordable price. Kiddos to the all team!!

Excellent stay experience! The check-in process was very quick and smooth, and the staff was welcoming and professional. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Cleanliness was outstanding — the rooms and bathrooms were spotless and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation after a long day. A special mention to the travel desk team for their helpful support in arranging transport and guiding us with local travel plans. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

The hotel is not far from European standard and offers plenty of services which are very useful and helpful.
They offer a pick up service from the airport, round of the clock, which makes you feel comfortable if you arrive in the middle of the night.
They accept credit cards, which I really appreciated, because I was only on transit in Delhi and didn't have Indian cash.
There is a kitchen in the hotel with a huge menu, so easy to find something properly.
And the manager of the hotel is very easygoing and helpful and he is a REAL manager, means if there is an issue he knows how to solve it. Very friendly and smiling.
Great location - few minutes from the main station, so easy to reach with the metro from the airport.
They don't replay quickly on Booking.com chat (but they do on WhatsApp)

Room was very nice, good bed and shower, I liked the swimming pool.
Unfortunately a 20% tax was charged on top of the final Booking.com amount, reception staff told me that was mandatory, but was nowhere mentioned on booking.com confirmation. Also taxi service is overcharged, a small car for 1100 idr one way to Taj Mahal (I end up booking an Uber taxi for just 150 idr, same time).
To conclude: very nice hotel but reception staff should not be so greedy
