    The shower had no hot water. At breakfast other travellers also complained same.

    The hotel is very centrally located, within walking distance from New Delhi Railway Station. Although it is situated in a lane, the approach is quite accessible, even by car. The overall property is very clean, and the rooms were tidy and well maintained. Room service was prompt and efficient. The food was fresh, healthy, and offered a fairly exhaustive menu. The washrooms were clean, but there is room for improvement. There was some leakage from the bath area towards the toilet, and the pre-filled soaps and shampoo did not seem up to date. On this aspect, the experience could have been better. The staff was friendly, courteous, and cooperative throughout the stay. Overall, it was a good value-for-money experience.

    We had booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and we were not alloted the rooms we asked for inspite of we reminding them the previous day by telephone. We specifically asked for 2 single cots in each room.
