Lovely caravan, amazing location, needs some attention in places
Location of caravan was fantastic with great views over the golf course
Decking very springy / bouncy and didnt feel very secure. No welcome pack so we had to try and work out the hot water and heating controls on the boiler ourselves as this was switched OFF on arrival. On arrival the fridge and freezer were switched off so couldnt get our food properly chilled on arriving at caravan. This should have been on for us arriving as it didnt reach proper temperature until the following day. Also, a bag of ice had obviously been left by the previous guests so one of the freezer drawers was full of water that needed emptied. TV signal was extremely poor and we struggled to get any channels other than BBC1 and BBC2. There is clearly an issue with the aerial Very disappointed that the dishwasher didn't work. This was reported on the Tue and no one got back in touch to fix it by the time we had left on the Friday.

The location was marvelous...and would stay at the caravan site..
The cleanliness of the caravan...needs a deep clean. Carpets, furniture, cushions, windows, and window ledges...my dog got fleas...

Location excellent. Very comfortable accommodation.
We were disappointed that we had to pay for Wi-Fi on our arrival when the blurb implied it was included in the price.
