Modern, full of light, quiet, domotic controls for the full apartment, wash machine, dryer, dishwasher, bathtub. The property is just 500m away from Piazza Grande and the lake shore. If you own a Tesla or electric car, you have a 4 stalls Tesla Supercharger just 200m away, the building garage has many charging stations although I don’t know the terms of use. You have 2 supermarkets downstairs in the same street, a pharmacy 100m away. Recycling center just 300m away.
A microwave would be useful to quickly heat milk or similar.

Receptionist gave us all needed informations and he explained us perfectly everything about appartment, garage and how it goes in the house. It was very useful and we felt comfortable.

Nice flat. Clean. Nice views.
When booking it was not clear that there was a noisy construction site next to the flat. It only became apparent that there could be a problem after paying and providing the check in data. In the info sheet they briefly mentioned that there was a construction site. I emailed the host to find out what noise to expect - no answer. There was very loud noise and I emailed again to complain - no answer. Beds were not very comfortable.
