Mooi! en bijna perfect verblijf en hosting.

De voorafgaande duidelijke communicatieruimte, het ruime appartement, de inrichting, de topuitrusting, netheid. Zeer goed gelegen naast voedingswinkels. Je bent ook snel te voet in het centrum van Locarno. De parking is ook een aanrader. Zeer proper, ruim en met prima beveiligingsafspraken. We konden een 2de sleutel app ontvangen wat gunstig is als je met een gezin in het appartement zit. 1 sleutel is dan te weinig.

De service ter plaatse was voor ons ondermaats qua bereikbaarheid en persoonlijk contact. Kantooruren Interhome tussen 14-17u is echt niet OK voor toeristen die op daguitstap gaan. Beter van 7u30-11u30 bv. of met een afwisselend rooster. Er wordt veel gemaild en via schriftelijke communicatie hulp geboden maar was in ons geval niet helpend. Wij zaten op een bepaald moment met een geblokkeerd dashboard. Door een poetsvrouw in het gebouw aan te spreken heeft zij via de elektriciteitskast gezorgd dat wij na 2 dagen (de jaloezieën kregen wij niet meer in beweging) terug op het terras konden en zicht kregen op de prachtige bergen. Hadden wij deze kundige en vriendelijke dame niet tegengekomen was het probleem niet opgelost geraakt. Dus iemand die op 100m afstand zit langs sturen zou een betere service zijn. Nu hebben wij 2 dagen betaald om op jaloezieën te kijken. Verder een tip betreffende het koffiezetapparaat: we raden een toestel aan dat met Nespresso capsules werkt. Dit is universeel. De capsules zijn gemakkelijk aan te kopen of zelf mee te brengen. Tot slot waren de contacten die we hadden met het personeel persoonlijk en aan de telefoon waren zeer OK wegens vriendelijkheid maar dus niet helpend. In een bericht werd ook aangegeven dat er een instructiebrief aan de appartementsdeur zou hangen welke wij nooit hebben gezien.
