Very close to the spa, city center and the park
Minimal decoration and clean
Quiet at the time I was there
No soap to wash hands ot in the shower
No place to store the pantry and thus kitchen space was a bit busy
No curtain on one of the glass doors.
In booking.com small notes there was no mention about of 40€ cleaning fees. A separate letter was sent to me after the non refundable booking was done. The owner didn't take responsibility for this lack of information on booking and I had to pay the fees.
