A truly unique house that feels like a private resort but has all the conveniences of the city of Bradenton and close beach access. The stunning heated pool, patio area and huge porch allow for maximum outdoor time. The Gathering Place is a unique oasis nestled in the Village of the Arts district, which has an eclectic and entrepreneurial theme. In the surrounding blocks, you will see a mixture of artisan studios, new shops, galleries and eateries, Lecom baseball park, and many original homes decorated with an artistic flare. The house feels like you're at a resort even though it is conveniently in downtown Bradenton and is 10-20 miles from multiple beaches such as Siesta Key & Anna Maria Island.

I have never rented a house before and was alittle skeptical on how this worked and really what the house was gonna be like.. We had a house full with 15 people and this house was perfect!! The owners were very responsive in answering any questions we had.. The pictures dont do justice.. When we walked in it was amazing!! The posting was everything they said.. And clean.. The pool is absolutely amazing!! You dont even feel like your in a neighborhood sitting out by the pool.. We loved that it was all fenced in with all the little kiddos we had with.. If your in this area I would very much recommend staying here.. You wont be disappointed!!

The house was perfect for entertaining.We were in town for a family wedding and hosted a few events for the bride and groom. The house has tons of character and in a very quirky area that offered things to do. Once you realize the vibe of the neighborhood, it’s totally cool place to walk around
Owner was so easy to work with. Communication was great.
Our family really enjoyed being together and not crammed in a small space. Loved everything about it.

Home was everything we expected from listing, extremely clean and organized! Bridgette was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!
