Family Tides has been completely updated with cool, contemporary furnishings and surfaces designed for your comfort. Plush sofas and chairs, a wood-stove, and a large flat-screen in the sunny living room invite your guests to gather, though the kids will likely migrate to their own upper-level bonus room loft, with its bumper pool table, game table, and two arcade machines. A gourmet kitchen with a double oven, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and ample breakfast bar is bright and open, thanks to a skylight and large windows. A barbecue and full outdoor dining table on the large private deck expand your dining options, and the fire pit on the front patio invites you to enjoy dessert and drinks under the night sky. My family and I traveled to Neskowin from the east coast to attend a large family reunion. This house was able to fit 3 families comfortably with beds for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds and hidden bonus room. The hot tub and outdoor seating were great. The beds were a bit too soft for some of our old backs but the location, ample parking, and everything else in the house was great for us.

This was a family gathering of 9. 7 adults and 2 children. The house is as described. For us, one of the bedrooms being accessed only through another was a little awkward but it worked out okay. There are plenty of beds for a large group and they were alll very comfortable. The house has lots of fun games , the hot tub is great and with the beautiful Neskowin beach just a few blocks away, we all stayed busy and happy throughout our stay. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked and we loved the large dining room table that comfortably seated us alll. The home is also beautifully decorated. We had a great time and wiould love to come back!.

Ten women together in one house? Yes! We had a lovely girlfriends retreat for three nights of fun, beach, sun, and hot tubbing. Close enough to Lincoln City for an afternoon of shopping. An easy walk to the beautiful Neskowin beach access. All of the bits we needed for a lovely weekend to retreat from the world together and celebrate friendship. Thanks for an amazing stay!
