Bedroom 3 (Top Floor): Queen Bed.
Bedroom 4 (Lower Floor): Queen Bed with a new 14' Advanced Gel Memory Foam Mattress.
Bedroom 5 (Lower Floor): Queen Bed with a new 14' Advanced Gel Memory Foam Mattress.
Bedroom 6 / Gym (Lower Floor): Three Bunk Beds (Double on bottom, Twin on top).
Additional Sleeping: Pullout couch in the downstairs living room.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire two-story home, including all bedrooms and living areas. You will also have full access to all private outdoor amenities, including the new hot tub, patio areas, propane fire pit, and the expansive surrounding property grounds. Enjoy a completely private retreat.
Interaction With Guests:
We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we will not be present on the property, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs that may arise during your visit. Our contact information will be provided upon check-in.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please note the following:
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is strictly set at 16 guests. This number includes all adults, children, and infants and cannot be exceeded, even for daytime visitors.
Age Requirement: The primary renter booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age.
Property License: City Business License #564

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views were amazing and the living area was perfect for our group of 8 adults! Loved that we were within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. And the agency staff were quick to respond and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The home had an incredible view from nearly all rooms.
It was spacious and served very well.
The proximity to the town was perfect, local stores were close for any needs you may have forgotten.
The home was close to lovely walking trails to enjoy the ocean.
The home itself could definitely use a little TLC, and have some more amenities to make it easier on guests.
I’d recommend to bring extra towels for the hot tub, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and lotion.
The kitchen has some basics but if you’re planning to cook, consider bringing your comfort items.
The carpets are really in need of replacing, but overall, it was a great experience.
I would book it again for sure.
