Bedroom 4 (Lower Floor): Queen Bed with a new 14' Advanced Gel Memory Foam Mattress.
Bedroom 5 (Lower Floor): Queen Bed with a new 14' Advanced Gel Memory Foam Mattress.
Bedroom 6 / Gym (Lower Floor): Three Bunk Beds (Double on bottom, Twin on top).
Additional Sleeping: Pullout couch in the downstairs living room.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire two-story home, including all bedrooms and living areas. You will also have full access to all private outdoor amenities, including the new hot tub, patio areas, propane fire pit, and the expansive surrounding property grounds. Enjoy a completely private retreat.
Interaction With Guests:
We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we will not be present on the property, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs that may arise during your visit. Our contact information will be provided upon check-in.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please note the following:
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is strictly set at 16 guests. This number includes all adults, children, and infants and cannot be exceeded, even for daytime visitors.
Age Requirement: The primary renter booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age.

This home was perfect. Host was always very responsive. We would definitely stay again. The only issue we had was the mattresses in the bunk room, you could feel the frame through them. The other beds were perfect, we slept so good. Just the bunk beds, they would have probably been fine for kids, but we had some adults that had to sleep in them. Other than that it was perfect !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views were amazing and the living area was perfect for our group of 8 adults! Loved that we were within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. And the agency staff were quick to respond and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The View was amazing from the house and it fit us all nicely. There were some issues though such as stovetop does not heat up enough to cook on, the coffee pot does not stay warm and a few other small things. Also the mattresses in the bunk room are pretty uncomfortable for adults but would be fine for children.
Other than that it was a great place for a large group of people.
