Very quiet location, with easy access to the village

Great quiet location, short walk to the village and to the beach. Off road parking was a bonus. Good sized fridge, and small balcony to sit out on. Fabulous local market on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Great location and we loved Dinard.

The location was superb, close to the beach and the town and local cafes/restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

The fridge needs renewing as not efficient.

Adequate , shame about the smell.

There was an unpleasant odour in the lounge area…so much so that I did not sit on the sofa because of the smell. The property did not have an iron and there was no internet.

the apartment is very nice, in a quiet area, well-equipped, you can cook diner and make a coffee yourself. a very big convenience is the free private parking space. It is a 10-minute walk to the center, 5 minutes to the beach. we recommend it wholeheartedly

Fijn appartement voor een paar dagen.

Kluisje was op het balkon, makkelijk toegang te krijgen vanaf parkeerplaats. Host geeft zeer goede beschrijving via Booking berichten. Het was een stukje lopen naar het centrum, maar goed te doen. Het appartement is netjes, klein keukentje maar wel compleet, badkamer ook klein, daardoor kleine wasbak. Wc is apart van de badkamer. Balkon op de begane grond, kijkt uit op parkeerplaats, dus niet veel te zien, wel rustig en fijn dat je buiten kunt zitten. Beoordeling had een negen kunnen zijn, als het bed breder was geweest. Voor de ramen zijn rolluiken, prima.

Het bed lag op zich lekker, maar veel te klein.

een klein appartementje, rustig en centraal gelegen

We kregen een uitgebreide uitleg en duidelijk fotomateriaal om het kluisje te vinden. Het ging erg vlot. Het was fijn om een privéparking te hebben achter het gebouw. Er is een terras aanwezig waar je dus buiten kunt eten. Het appartement ligt vrij centraal en rustig. De badkamer had een vrij ruime douche.

Het appartement is echt klein. Het bed is smal, een twijfelaar, maar wel comfortabel. Er lag een dun donsdeken op het bed en gezien de koude, natte dagen, was het echt te koud, ook ondanks het feit dat de chauffage brandde. Er is geen WIFI aanwezig, en toch moet men bij aankomst zonder WIFI, onmiddellijk de toeristentaks betalen.

Le logement est comme sur les photos. Pratique et bien situés dans Dinard, le vrai + est la place de parking. La propriétaire est réactive aux messages en cas de besoin. La douche et la cuisine sont propres, bien équipés et modernes. On recommande pour un weekend.

Le balcon est laissé sans entretien, un petit coup d’aspirateur n’aurait pas été de refus dans l'appartement. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu avoir les vélos comme indiqué dans l’annonce (en réparation), c’était l’un de nos critères et nous en avons été informé car nous avons demandé…
