It’s much better to book through the Agoda app because the process is really fast. While others are still waiting for verification, you can already do self check-in as soon as you arrive. For check-out, make sure to pay for parking first since the lobby staff will ask for the parking receipt. So it’s more convenient to settle the parking fee before heading to the lobby for check-out. As for the room, I have no complaints—it was clean, and we specifically chose one with a smoking area since I was with someone who vapes.

So the host was great and the supervisor was good despite not actually meeting her. internet can be better though and nothing to watch on t.v
Guards well I understand there job but it's also important to represent azure better as they were not very helpful whatsoever. It is not the guests fault for not knowing we are only allowed in 1 of the 5 pools it is upto the host and the azure to assist guests upon arrival not just give us a qr code with rules which really don't apply to someone staying a day or two as they restricted from even using most of everything overall not bad and I thank the host for the hospitality.

The staff are good but balcony has dusts everywhere. I highly suggest having bright lights in the hallway instead of dim especially at night. Didn’t have the chance to swim due to the water that seems dirty.
