Located in the heart of Bouldin Creek just minutes from downtown, Zilker, ACL and South Congress, this quaint recently renovated cottage awaits you for your next (or first) Austin getaway. With a large fenced front yard shaded by a giant Pecan tree, you have plenty of space to stretch your legs or let your kids/dogs play. The house has every amenity you would desire for working remote or kicking back to watch a game or movie. Great spot. Rooms were clean. Host was attentive. location is great. If you travel with your dog there is a great gated front yard.
