About this house rental
Semi-detached villa located in the heart of a central residential area, in an ideal location to get around on foot without the need for a vehicle. Beaches and all essential services are within walking distance.
Spread over three levels, the villa features a terrace equipped with white curtains, designed to provide shade from the heat and ensure your privacy.
Warm and welcoming atmosphere, with carefully selected décor to make you feel right at home.

The villa is in perfect condition and offers everything needed to enjoy a comfortable stay in the heart of Las Terrenas.
On the ground floor, you'll find an open kitchen connected to the living room and a shaded terrace, perfect for relaxing. An additional bathroom makes it easy to take a shower after returning from the beach, helping to keep sand out of the house.
The second floor includes two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a King Size bed (200 x 200 cm), and the guest bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 x 190 cm). Both share a full bathroom.
On the third floor, a cozy mezzanine has been furnished with a single bed (100 x 190 cm), ideal for a child or an additional guest.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the mezzanine benefits from the cool air rising from the Queen bedroom below.
New: We've added a washing machine for your convenience.
The residence features a large, gently sloped shared pool, perfect for safe and enjoyable swimming for both children and adults.
For your information:
Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wi-Fi Internet, household cleaning at your entrance and departure and once a week during your stay with change of sheets, but no change of towels. Gardener and pool maintenance.
The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.
A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe.
We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.

Lindo, a French supermarket, offers home delivery once you've completed your shopping.

Great spot to stay if you're looking to experience las terrenas! Right in town and also next to the beach, dive shops, and bars/restaurants. 10/10 would reccomend to a friend.

The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of town. Walking to the beach in less than 5 minutes. And being in town you can walk to Olaya Poppy in 15 minutes or a quick ride to Ballenas, Bonita and Coson.
The house was exactly as pictured. Beautiful! And the pool. The pool is steps away and one of the best pools I’ve been in. It’s like being in a tropical Oasis.
The only slight downside is the wifi which comes in and out. But when it’s in, it works great, and we bought a SIM card and 15 fab of data at Claro for like 700 pesos if you need a backup. But the internet will be a problem everywhere, so that’s not really the house’s fault. And you didn’t come to paradise to sit online!
My one complaint would be the couch, which isn’t the best for lounging. But I’m nitpicking now. This place gets 6/5. And Dorian was always available to answer any question no matter how big or small.
Electricity is expensive in LT, so it’s common that it’s charged extra. But we stayed in August and never used it. Occasionally for 5 minutes to cool the rooms at night, but the ceiling fans were more than enough!
