Cocoonr is pleased to offer this flat for rent near Le Castelet, in the Saint-Michel neighbourhood, within a recent, luxury residential complex. The ‘Le Prieuré’ flat will perfectly meet your needs, whether you’re visiting for leisure or business, for a few days or weeks.
Fully equipped, it offers all the comforts you need to ensure you have everything you require: Wi-Fi (fibre optic), air conditioning in the bedroom, bed linen and towels provided, a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a fully fitted kitchen, a terrace and an underground parking space.
Close to shops, amenities and public transport, you’ll be ideally situated!

Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift) of a recently built block of flats (10 years old), the 43 m² flat comprises the following:
- A pleasant, tastefully decorated living area, comprising an entrance hall with a built-in cupboard, a sofa, a coffee table and a TV
- Fully fitted open-plan kitchen with a high table seating two, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc.
- Double bedroom with air conditioning opening onto the terrace, with a double bed (140x200) and storage space.
- Shower room with shower, vanity unit and toilet.
Outdoors:
- 8 m² terrace overlooking the estate’s gardens. It is furnished with a table and chairs for your meals or coffee breaks!
A lively neighbourhood, a 15-minute walk from the city centre (Place du Capitole). Close to shops and very well served by public transport (with the metro station right on the doorstep of the residence).
Transport:
- If you are coming by car, you can park in your private space in the underground car park.
- Nearby bus route (L4), “Saint-Michel-Marcel Langer” underground station (line B), and a Vélo Toulouse cycle hire station.

While we very much enjoyed the apartment and location, oue stay was badly let down by poor property management. When we arrived for our 6 night stay, it was quickly identified that our wifi wasnt working, however nothing was done to sort this despite requeests being made, until the day we left. Additionally, we had requested two sets of keys, as my partner and I were doing different activities over the week. We were told on arrival that the second set had been lost a while back and a replacement wasnt available. (I note that in the t&cs it states that if the keys are lost, the person booking would be charged a penalty, so presumambly this penalty wasnt put towards replacement). Additionally, the ashtray on the terrace was completely full of cigarette butts when we arrived. Overall, i think the owner of this property is getting a very poor service from this property manager, as did we.
