Villa, private pool, water park, Orlando parks

It was a beautiful property, it was clean upon arrival, the pool and hot tub were a favorite with the kids, overall a nice stay! The property management (Move State) was incredible with contact leading up to the stay, answered any and all questions for us, and also messaged us back while we were at the property due to not being able to get ahold of the property owners with issues.

One big issue and one little issue - We could not get ahold of the two contacts listed on the sheet that we were instructed to call if we needed anything. One number was not in service and the other would never connect. The big issue - During the last stay of our trip @ 1:30am, we had two women come into the pool enclosure and break into the house through the sliding glass door leading to the pool. Thankfully my father was awake and caught them, he yelled out but they scattered before he could catch them. We are assuming they were hiding from the cops that was breaking up some type of party beside our rental. To be a gated community who has a 10pm quiet time, this is absolutely unacceptable. Between the noise and the complete invasion of privacy and safety, it was very displeasing. I had my two young children in the house and all I can think about is what could have happened if we had not seen them coming in.

We loved our stay. The house was huge and fit 2 families of 5 very nicely. Lots of space and loved that the kids and adults had their own living rooms plus the garage was a great games room( ping pong and foosball table. Each room had a Tv and for every bedroom there was a bathroom. The pool was the biggest hit, the kids were in it about 2-3 times a day. We were charged $50 to heat the pool which was the best money we spent our entire stay in Florida. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and cooking equipment and dishwasher. Also loved that we had washing machines and dryer to use which we used several times on our stay. We got to use the waterpark and lazy River and slides, Wish we would have used it more. The kids loved that an ice cream truck came down the road almost everyday. The house was quiet and the road behind the house was very calm. Loved that we didn’t have any neighbours in backyard just cute birds and lizards. We all wish we could have stayed longer and know we would return if we get the chance to.

Some of the vents and fans needed dusting. Some Dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs available. But nota. Big deal as Target was so close by we stocked up on the tabs and toiletries like toilet paper.

I liked that the my family was able to stay together for five days and for all practical reasons: my husband and I could host the visit; my daughter could meet us in Orlando and stay with her own room and private bath; my brother, who is a senior (like us) with health problems, could rest and enjoy the visit with a ground floor bedroom and bath; my brother's children (6 and 11) could have fun (on - site water park, private pool), and run up and down the stairs with their own bedrooms with bunk beds and their own bath. There was also free parking (driveway) and plenty of street parking spaces and there was a playroom. We had plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors (weather was great), because we were in proximity to go shopping at the outlets (my favorite), have breakfast at First Watch and lunch at the Golden Corral, visited the Florida Mall and on the last day (in between the rain showers) we all went to the nearby Benihana's. Overall, everyone who came this year was impressed (my 6 year-old niece came with us to the same house last year and you should have heard her explain to her 11 year-old brother how nice the house was) particularly my brother and daughter. PS - We left a couple of floaties (inner tube and raft) in appreciation of the good time we had. Enjoy as we did!!

That we could not stay longer...maybe next time. Everyone seems to rush to Disney, but I like to spend time with the family and have the same experiences but without the expense. I have done Disney for years, but I like getting together with family and having fun. My family did not know what to expect, so next time, since I have their approval, we will stay longer.

Location close to shops and stores.

The floor appeared to have not been cleaned. There was leftover hair dirt all over assuming from previous vacationers. Also supplies for the house were lacking. No extra trash bags, toilet paper (some bathrooms had barely any toilet paper left on it), paper towels, and no laundry soap. I understand most rentals have you supply what goes above beyond provided, but simple enough to ensure the toilet paper isn’t almost gone before the next vacationers.
