The host was very friendly! Mrs. Matina was very helpful with everything we asked for! She even welcomed us with some wine and juice for the kids! The location was very central, in the old city of Kalamata, various services were within walking distance.
Although the house has no parking, we parked in a parking area within 3 mins away (free of charge)

The patio garden was a good spot for coffee early in the morning. The property is in the heart of the historic Kalamata center. Two excellent museums and very good restaurants within walking distance. The beds were comfortable the towels soft and both airconditioning and fans (for people like me who avoid aircon) were in every room.
The church bells start chiming at 7 in the morning and carry on until late in the night. There are two churches in the neighbourhood so it is not an ideal place to stay for people who are not early morning risers

Perfekt läge. Nära till allt, (utom havet men dit går buss nr 1 hela tiden. Biljett han köpas ombord med kontanter eller kort). Gott om plats. Rent och fint. Otroligt välförsett kök och underbar trädgård med flera sittplatser. Bra lakan och handdukar. Både AC och fläktar i alla rum. Myggnät i dörrarna. Mycket tillmötesgående värd.
