Centrally located with the Crane Creek Reserve golf course in your backyard, this recently renovated space uses contemporary style to breathe new life to this timeless Melbourne home.

Primary Suite King Bedroom, ensuite Bathroom w/ shower & walk-in Closet
Bedroom 2 Queen Bedroom, Shared Bathroom w/ tubshower & double Closet
Bedroom 3 Queen Bedroom, Shared Bathroom w/ tubshower & single Closet
Provided: shampoo/conditioner, soap, bedding, linens, pillows, black-out roller shades, bath towels, toilet paper, small ironing board, iron, blow dryer, TV in Primary Suite only.
Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances include an electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, small microwave, toaster & Keurig. Please use cutting board provided, do not cut on butcher block countertop.
Provided: Dishes, pots & pans, bakeware, flatware, utensils, glasses, knives, a dozen assorted K-Cups, cream & sugar, paper towels, trash bags, minor cleaning supplies, kitchen soap, limited spices, olive oil, & butter.
Main Living Space: The open concept living area features an oversized sofa, relaxing lounge chairs and styled décor to compliment the incredible existing terrazzo floors. Heading toward the back patio you pass a mid-century Saarinen dining table and chairs to your right and a modern workspace to your left overlooking the golf course.
NOT PROVIDED: Food or pantry items, extensive toiletries, personal items.
PLEASE NOTE: All paper products, trash bags and cleaning supplies are provided but not unlimited. If your group uses more than the standard amount, you will need to purchase separately.

Spent almost 2 weeks learning more about the area and spending time with son who is attending Florida Tech. House was well equipped and made it easy to stay at home and cook. Very clean and also had a wonderful enclosed back porch. I loved sitting out back in the evenings and hearing all the sounds of nature. Communication.with owner was timely and efficient. Location was perfect for being just about in the middle of Melbourne. Beach was just a few minutes away. Very clean. Neighbors very nice. I will definitely be coming back. I new this was the right place when my wife said only 5 minutes into the stay she loved it.

The Clubhouse is super clean, has a wonderful ambiance due to the privacy and naturally filtered view through the trees to the golf course. The home and furnishings are very comfortable, with terrazzo floors throughout, shades to assist with sun control, and perfect AC temps to provide an oasis from the heat and sun that we took in from visits to the beach 10 minutes away. We had a black-tie event one evening, loved the full-length mirrors so useful in getting ready to shine. Proximity of the home to anywhere we wanted or needed to be, was perfect!

New toilet seats were not securely bolted to the toilets (dangerous for 94 year old), dishes were in the dishwasher and we didn't know if they were clean. TV remote was missing - TV's did not work - roku remote did not work, so we sat at night just looking at each other waiting for bedtime. Remote for living room light did not work so we could not turn off the light at night and slept with the light on. Outdoor trash can had pizza boxes, yard waste and other trash from previous renter & recycle can was full of trash. Had trouble at first getting dryer to work.
