Private, 2 BR apartment in the John B. Linsley house in the historical Branford Point district. Located on the same block as the public beach and a lovely park with a playground. Easy walk to a fishing dock, a public boat launch, and the Branford train station (easy trip to NYC and Boston). 12 minute drive to Yale University. A pull-out queen size sofa bed in the living room. Pack-and-play available. Ample off-street parking. Enjoy the charm of seaside New England.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The host thought of every little detail to make the experience seamless and enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and incredibly accommodating. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. I’m already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Very funky, some of the furniture is very dated and worn. Great location but overpriced for the low season. 2nd floor unit upstairs. Needs some remodeling to make it nicer
