Walk to Beaches: Sunny East Haven Home w/ Grill

The place was in a good location. A walk to the beach. We stayed in the winter for the holidays. It might be more ideal for the summer. The property was clean and comfortable. My family was all pleased with the stayed until the day before the last when the water heater broke. The property manager was very nice and did send a repair person over but it was an inconvenience. Also due to the snow we got the night before it took a while before cleaning off the snow. I would recommend this place to families it was comfy and large enough for all 8 of us.

The incident with the water cooler and heat. Also the snow clean up.

Everything is excellent at this property. The location is great, across the street from a shell-filled beach in a quiet neighborhood but with food and supplies easy to find nearby. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, very attractive beachy decor and everything we needed. Lots of comfortable seating and eating/work space. Especially a very good supply of towels! Very nice touches of little toiletries and even sewing essentials. Very welcoming! The location was perfect, near the family wedding we attended but also very close to downtown New Haven, 20 minutes maybe for dining and sightseeing.

I can't think of one thing that was missing.

The location of this house is perfect for anyone who loves the beach! It was less than a 2 minute walk to the sand. There’s a restaurant to the left and one to the right of the property which made dinner an easy choice!

The tv in the upstairs bedroom did not work and the one in the living room needed to be set up which took us a little bit of time to do.
