BlueHaven House is a rebuilt and restored ranch-style residence in East Haven, created for stays of 30 nights or longer. The home accommodates up to seven registered guests across three private queen suites and a studio with a single sleeper sofa.
The 1,200 sq. ft. interior includes Suite 01 at 180 sq. ft., Suites 02 and 03 at 240 sq. ft. each, a 160 sq. ft. studio/office, and 380 sq. ft. for the living room, kitchen and circulation.
Suite 01 is on the ground level along a step-free route from the front ramp. Its dedicated full bathroom sits outside the bedroom and has a tub with an overhead shower. Suites 02 and 03 each have an ensuite full bathroom with a floor-level shower; two small steps lead to those suites.
Your group has private use of the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, studio, patio and garden. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils. The laundry room has a washer and dryer at no added charge.
Each suite has a queen bed, linens, towels, storage and a Smart TV. Guests can sign in to their own streaming accounts and should sign out before departure. The home uses one shared Wi-Fi network with an approximate total speed of 5 Mbps. Central heating and air conditioning serve the house; CasasHaven manages the thermostat from the living room.
Four free outdoor parking spaces sit on the property. The garage and lower-level area are not part of the rental. Outside, guests can use the furnished patio, gas grill, wood-burning fire pit and garden. Gas and an initial supply of firewood are included.
CasasHaven includes one cleaning visit each month. Utilities and starter household supplies are included. Guests replenish consumables during the stay.
