Excellent spacious & clean apartment, close to town, lovely river views, beds made up on arrival, very easy key collection, lovely & quiet.

dirty windows which affected view so we had to clean them
large double bed in second bedroom which did not leave space to get suitcase in
nowhere to put/hang anything in either shower and nowhere to hang towel in downstairs cloakroom
no toilet roll holders
two key safes which was confusing and on arrival no key as gasman had it and was checking utility out

Location was great very central. Very quiet and comfortable. Staff were prompt to reply and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.
View was lovely but sadly windows were very dirty so spoilt view somewhat .
Second bedroom was too small for a king sized bed, couldn't get around bed on left side at all , had to clamber over it to draw blind. Blinds not blackout so light streamed in from very early hours of morning.

Spacious and handy location washing machine and dishwasher
Key to door lock was really stiff. There were 2 entrances and the top was was just a snib no lock bit of a security risk
The electric kept tripping we think it was an issue with the smaller room sockets
Shower on suite shower full of hair we do feel the apartment wasn’t spotless and was a bit tired the crockery pots n plates need renewed beds not the most comfortable and pillows were thin
