This building is very high quality, beautiful, clean- im resident and i can compare well. This is 1 bedroom Flat in perfect location in JLT, my loveliest living area in Dubai. Close to metro but stunning lake view from panorama windows. Very quiet. Balcony exists- big plus. Flat was clean enough, all needed things were inside. The staff is in contact via whatsapp kind of fast- i like this service as well.

It’s so close to the metro station, Marina Mall, and Carrefour. The room is spacious and gorgeous and the pool is very comfortable.
No complaints at all!
