I won’t be booking again, check in 4PM and check out 12PM make no sense. They need to update there polic

The appartment was nice and clean

The property check IN time is 4PM, and check out is 12PM.. so they make you wait until 4PM to check in and the previous guest check out 12PM. So it takes them 4 HOURS to prepare the room for you. Which is quite ridiculous - you can clean a VILLA maybe in this much time so I do think that’s not the most efficient.

Specious clean comfortable apartment

I’ve stayed in the Bonnington before so I know it’s good. The apartment was spacious clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

We stayed on 33rd floor and only 2/3 lifts were operating. It was often a very long wait! Also a small issue with the electronic key - not a huge fan of having the apartment key on an app.

Declining service

I've always been a good customer. It's conveniently located in JLT and the rooms are spacious.

Over time the service has been declining. No water bottles, internet doesn't work, the cable (Du) doesn't work. Unclean pillows that smell and allergies reacting to whatever is in them. Considering all the options in JLT. You should look elsewhere.

The host who met me was very polite, and accomodating and I appreciated their help.

Having to pay up front was not something I was prepared for, as I thought I had taken care of the payment already. I had an issue with my cards, and it was difficult. I wish the process was earirr and or more transparent from the very beginning.

very nice, clean apartment, with great view (floor 17); having the morning coffee on the balcony was really great! :) very, very comfy beds, with quiet rooms. also, close to metro station. we had some small issues in the apartment, but they were quickly fixed.

RVHR does not have a reception in this Bonnington tower, the communication passes through the concierge; it would be better to have an own reception.

the area is great are has everything around (spinneys, carrefour, many restaurants and coffee shops). very family friendly surrounding where kids can safely play and just 5 minutes away from JBR and the view from the balcony is great.

check in time is at 4 pm only which doesn't give you much time to set up and plan for the rest of the day. the living is a bit tight.

Collection of key was not done well. Miscommunication internally made it difficult to collect it as I was arriving after midnight. Can be done much better.
