It was close to all St Augustine attractions. It was a quiet neighborhood. The condo was really clean.
I did not see a bus service but driving to all of the attractions did not take long. It is not on the ocean/beach but it has a nice water view.

These condos are our favorite spot in St. Augustine. Wake up every morning with beautiful views. We saw so many birds, a sea turtle, dolphins, and a manatee. This condo was clean and stocked well for 1 or 2 nights.
The only thing about the condo that I might wish was different would be to add a dish rack for dishes to dry since there is not a dishwasher. The queen bed was too soft for me, but that may just be a preference. This place was awesome, and those issues really didn't bother us much.
