Accessibility to the beach and the sense of “home” the condo exuded.
The toilets were a little tricky— you had to jiggle the handles in order for the toilet paper to go down most of the time.

Everything was great, the apartment had everything we needed (and more!) Lots of beach stuff, kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, plenty of extra blankets, and towels. Crescent beach is just a short walk away. My family enjoyed it more than the main St. Augustine beach.

Great location, great property, had everything i needed
beds were not comfortable, air conditioning was set by host and it was so hot in unit. Shower in hall had sewage backup and was clogged
