Fit 6 people spaciously in our brand new, modern, coastal-flare abode that will only provide relaxation and countless memories in this stunning Florida-setting. Beach access 5 min walk. **On going repair of seawall until June 2026** Step off the porch, walk 30 steps to the pool that is overlooking pure nature. Bring your fishing gear to catch all inshore game, right out the back on the private dock, all year round. If you have a boat up to 18ft, you may keep your boat on the community dock (if your reservation is 3 nights or more) during your stay.
Beach Access is a 5-min walk. Walk out of the neighborhood, turn left (north) on A1A, walk two streets north to Green Road, the access is on the east side of A1A. Look for white, concrete pillars at the front of the access - This beach access has availability to fit 3 vehicles only.
Boat Ramp: We have a private boat ramp on the property that is a bit older and less maintained - Perfect for kayaks, canoes, etc. There are two other ramps, Green Road Public Boat Ramp (2 mins north) and Devil's Elbow Private Ramp (5 mins south). Green Road has space for parking vehicle/trailer but gets busy, and Devil's Elbow costs $7 to use the ramp and $3 to keep your vehicle at the ramp for the day - $10/day to keep a vehicle/trailer on the property which is clean with amenities.

A wonderful week of sun and relaxation. The unit was beautiful, super clean, and comfortable. The views of the river with the amazing sunsets and frequent dolphin sightings made every day even better. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay (sheets, towels, etc) and having the beach chairs and beach towels for our use was an added bonus. The beds and living room area were so comfy and made the place feel like a home away from home. The pool was clean, the whole property well maintained and the location was amazing. We had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay at this fantastic property again. Hoping to come back and sneak in a long weekend in November!

The condo is very modern and clean. If you love waking up to the Mantazas River every morning you will love seeing the dolphins and boats going by! You can fish right off the dock in front of the pool.Three suggestions: The bedrooms need dressers for people who have and extended stay so you don't have to live out of your suit case.The pots and pans are not great...we bought a pan at Walmart so our eggs did not stick.Fix the screen on the first floor so it doesn't fall off.This location and everything else was great!

Great spot a little south of St Augustine "proper".Quiet at night and an easy walk to public access for Crescent Beach. Great view out the back slider!We would definitely stay here again.
