Fantastisch

De locatie is werkelijk adembenemend en de accommodatie voorzien van alle gemakken, waaronder ook een airco unit. We hebben hier twee weken vertoefd met onze twee zoons van 14 en 8. Die hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt in het water (neem luchtbedjes en schepnetjes mee!) en met de visjes.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad, het enige wat ons niet beviel is dat er onaangekondigd ineens mensen op het (afgelegen) terrein stonden. Ook wordt de locatie bezocht door een hond en een kat (van de eigenaar). Omdat we dat niet wisten waren we in eerste instantie angstig voor de hond en de mannen. Maar het bleek familie van de eigenaar, die even kwamen checken of de harde wind geen schade had aangericht. En buiten eten met de kat was bijna niet mogelijk.

Отличное место для отдыха. Тихо и прекрасные виды из всех окон дома и не только. Дом чистый и свежий. Вся техника исправна. Пробыли там два дня семьей с детьми и не хотели уезжать. Пирс - просто чудо, пробыли там бОльшую часть дня, загорая и бросая удочки. А вечером сидели на веранде. У дома много мест для посиделок: пирс, беседка под домом, беседка рядом с домом, веранда в доме и, собственно, зал с диваном. Мы за два дня успели посидеть только на пирсе и веранде дома с залом. Есть гриль (роштиль по местному), им можно свободно пользоваться, но возьмите уголь. Розжиг нам не потребовался, там был сухой спирт и мелкие щепки. Для рыбалки есть 2-3 спиннинга, но рыбы нет). Дорога к дому хорошая - весь путь асфальтированный, но местами узкий. Проехать можно на любой легковой машине свободно. На фото можно заметить зеленые лодки - иногда (чаще по выходным) приходят рыбаки и отправляются в плавание. Они приветливы и не шумные - при нас они пришли два раза: закинуть сети - собрать сети. Нам это не доставило неудобств.

המיקום היה מדהים. צמוד לאגם. נוף מהמם. שלווה, הדירה מרווחת ומאובזרת. בעלי הדירה היו זמינים בוואטס אפ לכל השאלות. שכרנו סירת משוטים ונהננו משיט באגם.

ההגעה מסובכת. הגישה לא פשוטה. אין באזור חנויות מכולת. יש שתי וילות להשכרה. אחת ממש על המים עם גישה מסובכת ברגל וגדולה יותר. השניה עם גישה קלה יותר עם הרכב אבל קטנה יותר. שימו לב בעת ההזמנה.

Belle vue mais cher et la maison etait troo isolée avrc une route vraiment difficile pour accéder.

Ne pas avoir ete prévenus qu’une des routes principales par laquelle nous arrivions était fermée. Nous avons perdu plus d’une heure Arriver ete prévenus constater qu’un des climatiseurs ne fonctionnait pas alors qu’il faisait plus de 40 degrés la journée. Le climatiseur a été réparé le 2e jour mais nous n’avons pas passé une bonne première nuit.

Wir möchten wiederkommen.

Ein wunderbares Haus direkt am See. Alles was man braucht ist da und die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und man kann jede Menge Vögel sehen. Die Besitzer und Iva sind sehr freundlich und sorgen für alles was man sich wünschen kann. Vom Flughafen Podgorica ist die Unterkunft auch relativ schnell erreichbar.

Adembenemend mooie locatie!

Villas Katarina aan het Skadar Lake was voor ons echt een fantastisch verblijf. We kregen geen genoeg van de uitzichten, de natuur en het buitenleven. In de buitenkeuken deden we koken en de afwas, aan de hand van de zon kozen we welk terras geschikt was voor ontbijt of avondeten. Binnen was de accommodatie keurig schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed om te weten is dat huis 1 beschikt over een wasmachine, dit scheelt weer kleding om mee te nemen. Via de app en telefonisch werden we heel goed voorbereid en begeleid door Iva. Ze liet ons weten hoe we de accommodatie konden binnen komen, wanneer de winkels dicht waren, bereide ons voor op slecht weer en hielp ons bij boekingen. Montenegro is echt een prachtig land, hoge groene bergen en prachtige meren. Het land is nog niet op toerisme ingesteld, watervallen zijn gratis te bezoeken, geen bordjes, geen waarschuwingen en geen hekjes. Wandelen in deze omgeving gaat grotendeels over de autowegen, dus geen bospaadjes en wandelroutes. Met google maps kom je heel ver. De kinderen hebben heel erg genoten van alle dieren. Ze vonden padden, kikkers, slangen, krabben en schildpadden. We hadden goed weer en dan is het heerlijk afkoelen in het Skadar Lake. Uiteten met het gezin is nog fijn betaalbaar. Kortom Montenegro was echt geweldig!

Villas Katarina is goed te vinden en te bereiken, houd wel rekening met het feit dat je 18 minuten van de hoofdweg af zit. Dit vonden wij echt geen probleem omdat de rit ernaar toe al prachtig en avontuurlijk was. Naar huisje 1 moet je je bagage even tillen. Rijden met koffers is geen optie. Dus even spierballen trainen of geen koffer maar reistassen pakken.

Une très belle expérience et de beaux souvenirs face à ce paysage magnifique lors de nos petits déjeuné et dîner.

L’emplacement est absolument parfait si on veut être au calme et proche de la nature. La vue sur le lac est époustouflante.

La literie n’est pas de bonne qualité, le couchage est pas très agréable même si on y dort quand même sans grande difficulté. L’isolation entre les deux chambres est inexistante donc on entend les ronfleurs de l’autre côté du mur ;)
