quiet and nice place

The apartment is very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The decoration has a lot of antique elements. There's a nice view from the big covered terrace. The swimming pool is big and clean with good sunbeds around and a beautiful view with lake Skadar in the distance. For breakfast you get a huge plate with different cheeses, hams and salamis and a lot of the typical montenegrin diep fried doughnuts (priganice). Eggs on order. The location is very quiet, away from the hectic small town of Virpazar, which is around 15 minutes away. You can have dinner if you reserve before. The host was kind and helpful.

For us breakfast was really too much. We always had enough for lunch as well. We missed some yoghurt and cereals.

Stunning view, Amazing wine and food, Warm and welcoming host.

1. Amazing Location. Beautifully designed houses and garden. Stunning view from the mountain down into the valley. Even the Skadar Lake you can clearly see. The Highlight is floating in the pool and looking down the mountain. 2. Super sympathic host (Filip). We had nice conversations about Motenegro as a country and their people. His serving of the wine tasting and breakfast was super nice. We felt comfortable and welcome every second of our stay. 3. The wine and the food being served tastes great. 4. The main village Virpazar is easily reachable within 15 minutes by car.

Authentic!

The breakfast was very good and portions were huge! The coffee is not the best though. The pool offers a perfect view, bring your own refreshments to enjoy at sunset! You can ask the owner to prepare dinner as well, which was delicious. The price is a bit high 40 euros but the portion is so big that you can share. For example we had 3 portions for a family of 5. You get a soup and salad, the main meal (meat or fish) and a dessert.

Beautiful location with amazing views. The owner was so friendly and helpful. The pool was incredible with views to die for. I cannot fault the apartment, hospitality or location. Simply beautiful!

I feel the price of the food was really very expensive for Montenegro. This is my second trip this year to this beautiful country, and I know you can get amazing food for a much more reasonable price. This is a shame, because it is situated a car drive from any other restaurants. There are no cooking facilities in the lovely apartments, so if you don’t drive, it adds a lot of expense to your trip. For a family, 15 euros each for breakfast and 30 euros each for an evening meal is an awful lot. The food is delicious, but perhaps they could offer some more affordable options. I feel this would make more guests want to eat here which would make this lovely place more sociable. This is a minor point, as we had a car so ate elsewhere.

Peaceful, beautiful location, definitely recommended.

Absolutely beautiful place - apartment very clean and location perfect (even if it was a little difficult to find). Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a couple of days of relaxation. We stayed here as it wasn’t too far from the airport for the first couple of nights and as breakfast was included, it made sense as we arrived late on the Sunday. The wine, produced at the winery, was also very nice.

The place is up the mountains and very quiet The breakfast is large enough and the owner always willing to help. We had a private boat tour booked from 5pm to 8pm enjoying sun set on our way back to Virpazar. Also the boat captain reserved a parking place for us which is useful in the busy area. Well-located for the skadar lake but also to go to the beach via the tunnel (2.50€ toll)

The property is beautiful and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. The traditional breakfast was good with a variety of meats, cheeses, bread and fruit. Philip was always very cordial and helpful and he made our stay so much better. Would definitely return.

Amazing and relaxing- everything you need for vacation

The view is amazing and it makes you completely stunned. Ending up here was also very relaxing due to the environment, the staff and the size (there are only four apartments). Lastly, we loved the traditional breakfast and they kindly offered us coffee etc. all the time. A place you have to visit if you are in Montenegro.

Unfortunately, there were plenty of wasps at the moment which was a bit scary. Besides from that, we loved everything and wonder why did we only book one night?

Comfortable stay made all the nicer with lovely hosts!

Phillip, the owner's son was on-site and available all day, from greeting us on arrival to pouring us a glass of their homemade wine when we returned after a long day out. He was very friendly and helpful and ensured we had a comfortable stay. The location was very convenient as it was close to two main roads and the apartment itself was very clean, modern and spacious. All the rooms face out to the beautiful view towards the lake. Breakfast was delicious and with plentiful choice, leaving us ready to go on our adventures!

The property was situated ideally between the coast and the interior. it was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Great stay and lovely family

The winery is really beautiful! You have a great view on Skadar lake and it's quiet. The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has everything for a comfortable stay. The owner and his family and Mio, the groundkeeper, are so friendly! They do everything do make your stay unforgettable. We had breakfast and dinner, and it was delicious! They use fresh and local products. When we're in Montenegro again, we would definitely come back!
