Gulfside GEM by Pristine Properties Vacation Rentals

The location was wonderful. It was a nice quiet area with non busy beach access and a pool. There was space for at least two vehicles. The bed was comfortable. The balcony spaces were great. The shower head on the middle floor was the best. The others didn’t have much pressure. Pristine Properties manages the rental and was great to work with. We had a roof leak and they came right away. The maintenance staff member that came was really nice. Even though the listing says bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries, some is provided. Only excess amounts would be needed. All appliances worked well and the keyless entry and express check-in and out were appreciated!

All of my complaints are minor really. It has obviously not been updated in a while. Most of the living room furniture was rather run down with stains or holes. Many of the blinds had broken pieces and most windows did not have full curtains. It is a pet friendly unit, so that is probably why. The layout was a bit odd. The kind bed was on the bottom floor with a door to the back patio. There is only one full length mirror, and it is in a bedroom on the third floor.
