Tidy and clean, smart and modern, feels like your own home

Really cozy house with everything you need. The central heating adjusts automatically and works perfectly. There are two bathrooms, and the shower is excellent—powerful enough to wash away all the day’s tiredness. The bedrooms are spacious with a great layout. Parking is convenient, and the host is very friendly and responds quickly. An overall very comfortable smart house to live in. We are happy to have chosen it as our stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely relaxing stay.

Spacious rooms & comfortable beds & convenient location.

Difficult to access the keypad on front door at first as couldn’t get number display to stay on then realised to press the middle & not button on the top. Couldn’t use light switch for stairs area.

It was clean, accessible, had parking,everything you needed for a home stay away from home down to the details of tea and coffee.Would definitely book Again if needed.

1.Bed in en-suite could have been a single king sized or double bed. I Kept falling through the space . 2. Could we have had a little more control over the heating.Couldnt get it above 21 .5C

Perfect place to live with family,, very neat and tidy with all accessories available in the property. Easy access to Town Centre and close to the train station, easy access to bus stop. Property owner was very helpful and very kind person.

Lovely accommodation in Chesterfield.

Just as described. Clean and all of the creature comforts. Comforable beds, nice walking area by the canal. Owner was easily accessible and prompt in responding. Two bathrooms is a real bonus.

Great place to stay: Would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot for If your working away, or having a weekend away! Easy to find, easy to park, Spotless, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen/living room…perfect if you want to cook and have a night in..and a big TV! It’s only a 10min walk to the centre of Chesterfield too which was ideal!

Good as a base with some limitations

New build & contents. Had everything needed except scissors. Fabs in both bedrooms very welcome in the heat. Quiet given proximity to duel carriageway.

No antibacterial wipes/hand wash or anything to say we are still in a pandemic. luckily we had packed these so able to clean everything down. The timed lock was really difficult to sort- if you have dexterity problems/eye sight issues or it is dark it would be really difficult to operate. The steps up & over garages for the apartment- difficult if mobility issues. Fine for us but we couldn’t bring our elderly parents here for a meal because of the stairs. Parking was very tight on a small driveway. if you came with 2 cars not sure where you would park the other car. estate has been built as a shared space so no pavements. Building of new properties ongoing on the estate. No recycling facilities/bin? checkout on a Sunday would be good to be a little later at 11 if able please?
