Extended stays include light spot cleaning and refilling of supplies every 30 days. More frequent cleanings, refills and full house cleaning are available at additional cost, to be determined later including mode of payment.

Self-check in w/ digital locks. You are welcome to use our oversized garage, or park on our extra long driveway
We accept only verified profiles, and will request your government ID after booking. Please let us know what is bringing you to town, how many guests will be with you, and the ages as we will be confirming the occupants during check in. By booking our property, you are accepting responsibility for all your guests, and any damages they may cause
Included in booking: Spot Cleaning and Maintenance every 30 days, First $300/mo of Electricity/Water/Internet
By booking, you are stating you give permission to the host to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the host. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the host if you have any questions.
Please confirm you will complete the additional guest screening via Safely, sent after booking, and if the results are unacceptable to the host, you will cancel the reservation upon request.

My husband and I spent about 4 weeks at this lovely townhome. The property is cheerfully decorated and well appointed. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. The location is close to many restaurants, shopping and parks. Whatever brings you to Columbia, I recommend this rental as a comfortable home base.

The owners thought of everything when stocking up this home. The kitchen had coffee syrups and sugar, the bathrooms all of your needs from makeup removing pads to shampoo are taken care of, and the bedrooms all had a nice cozy blanket on every bed (and couch!). The home is much larger than you think. I loved having the convenience of a garage and trash right on location. The outdoor area was FABULOUS for kids. They can run and play and walk the trails. The location is perfectly placed between a lot of retail and dining. Really great home.
