We had an issue with the AC not being turned on before we got there. It was miserable hot- and we arrived late. It did take a extraordinary amount of time for the house to cool down. However I gave the host 5 stars because they called me right away, walked through some problem shooting and offered to come over in the middle of the night to assist.

The property was in a good location. The host was very responsive. The kitchen was great. We didn’t know that the twin beds will be in the basement. My kids didn’t want to sleep there. Second floor was amazing. Super comfy. Overall great stay.

Property is easy to get to. Decent room for family to hang out. A few nicks in the doors and not the nicest VRBO we have stayed in.
